Stackable Ready! – Building Institutional Capacity for Stackable Certificates

PURPOSE

Stackable Ready! is a four-week leadership institute that equips education leaders to embed industry-recognized certificates into CTE pathways. Participants will develop practical tools, pathway maps, partnership strategies, and an institutional action plan to strengthen K–12–community college alignment, employer engagement, and student outcomes.

PROGRAM GOALS

By the conclusion of the institute, educational leaders will be able to:

• Identify opportunities to embed stackable certificates in CTE pathways
• Align credential pathways with regional workforce needs
• Strengthen K–12, college, university, and industry partnerships
• Align programs with CTE standards and Strong Workforce priorities
• Use labor market data to guide program development
• Develop sustainable strategies that increase certificate attainment
• Create measurable institutional action plans.
