COE LA METRICS DATA TOOL
The COE website was created to house data tools to display key student outcome metrics for the Los Angeles region related to Student Progress, Student Success, and Student Employment & Earnings. All data contained in the tool was provided to the Centers of Excellence by the California Community Colleges Chancellor's Office (CCCCO), and can be alternatively found within DataVista, the metrics platform for information on California Community Colleges and Adult Education student success. The data behind the metrics is the data submitted by district Institutional Research Offices to the Chancellor’s Office MIS.
The COE-LA data tools make it easy to compare student outcomes across programs, colleges, regions, and student populations while quickly identifying equity gaps over time. Users can benchmark results against regional and statewide averages to gain actionable insights that are difficult to access in DataVista.
