Pathways Improvement Scope

The project seeks to fund activities designed to intentionally improve outreach & marketing to student subgroups & special populations promoting equity and access to all services and programs including WBL, guest speakers & field trip opportunities, exposing students to high skill, high wage CTE opportunities. Workforce Pipeline Grant will target these students and provide additional support services, by providing career exploration for all students in all pathways, postsecondary and transition services for all seniors which includes postsecondary plans, job skills, resume writing, First Generation College Student Success Workshops and work based learning opportunities allowing students opportunities for mentoring, field trips, guest speakers, and real world work experience in high-wage, high-skill careers.

Goals & Priorities

CCPA’s & Community College Counselor assigned to our programs, will provide workshops and services that prepare students for the transitions and career planning. Support students grades 7-12 and the transition services, dual enrollment opportunities, articulation credit for students.
