Pathways Improvement Scope
Support opportunities for middle school students enrolled in 4 DUSD MS campuses to explore college and career ecosystems that leverage CTE already in place at DUSD.
Goals & Priorities
Middle schoolers will shadow high school CTE students, attend assemblies and online webinars where CTE information is presented, participate in project-based learning, and use the latest technology to align learning with high school pathways and college programs. | CTE teachers will attend industry externships. | Expand its industry reach through an enhanced CTE Advisory Committee. | Special outreach attention will be given to socioeconomically disadvantaged students, English learners, students with disabilities, and foster youth.
