Provide programs for all students so that they are prepared upon graduation from high school to either enter the workforce, go to a two year college or four year college.

Maximize sustained industry engagement through participation in industry councils and collaborative cohorts and creating elective industry advisory boards. | Strengthen career pathways and programs of study in partnership with our local community colleges. | Increasing opportunities for work-based learning through industry partnerships;Providing for professional development and externships. | Addressing the needs of business and industry in identified priority and emerging sectors; and supporting regional marketing, curriculum alignment, streamlined regional processes and regional labor market data collection and analysis for data-informed decision-making.
