Access to short-term vocational trainings for marginalized students demonstrates that colleges are responsive to adult students. Minoritized students have opportunities out of poverty into middle-skilled training by taking noncredit courses that are free, flexible, online, skills-based, and relevant to the adult learner. This project will continue to develop and expand career pathways for noncredit students in regional priority sectors that produce skilled essential workers, have high labor market demand, and lead to career ladders and living wages.
