The Regional Occupational Cluster project addresses industrial technologies pathways in the 17 partnering colleges. Project objectives and activities are based on regional labor market information. Skills gaps in industrial technologies hold students back from living wage jobs in the LA region, and the colleges can provide the needed skills training. Outcomes of this project include increased enrollment, increased completion rate, increased rate and documentation of job placements. Included in the project scope is a focused sector/regional work experience/placement effort.
