Career Pathways program focused on electronic game design, gaming technology, and esports. LACC has developed a foundational game design curriculum (UC transferable for General Education credit) that can be adopted and adapted by colleges throughout the region. The LA Game Design, Gaming Technology, and Esports (LA Game) project will have three main components: (1) curriculum development, (2) establishment of a regional advisory board, and (3) development of a regional esports center. All three strategies will include regional work-based learning practices to reach and engage students.
