LA-24 RHC: Career Pathways Partnership

The Career Pathways Partnership initiative expands educational and workforce opportunities by placing dedicated specialists at each participating college. These experts focus on designing and refining Career Technical Education (CTE) pathways, guiding students from high school to entry-level careers, certificates, and associate degrees. Their work includes facilitating Early College Credit opportunities, supporting the development of CTE bachelor’s degree programs, and delivering training for school staff. By collaborating with K-12 Pathway Coordinators, they ensure the seamless mapping of CTE pathways and the integration of meaningful work-based learning activities.
