Since 2017, the Noncredit Career Pathways project has been instrumental in designing high-demand, tailored noncredit programs that prepare students for success in both higher education and the workforce. By focusing on free, short-term, competency-based training programs, and career pathways, the initiative addresses regional workforce needs and fosters economic recovery. It emphasizes accessibility by equipping underrepresented populations with essential skills, ensuring equitable access to career opportunities. Additionally, the project supports the growth and sustainability of noncredit Career Technical Education (CTE) programs through robust professional development efforts, cultivating a responsive and inclusive educational ecosystem.
