The Career Pathways Partnership initiative enhances educational and career opportunities by assigning dedicated specialists to each participating college. These specialists focus on developing and revising Career Technical Education (CTE) Pathways, spanning from high school to entry-level employment, including certificates and associate degrees. They also facilitate Early College Credit, support the establishment of five CTE Bachelor’s Degree Programs, and provide essential training for school staff on utilizing the LA Career Finder. Collaboration with K12 Pathway Coordinators ensures the mapping of CTE Pathways and integration of Work-Based Learning activities.
