The overall goal of the eCTE (CTE distance and digital learning) project is to increase colleges’ capacity to deliver more, high-quality CTE eLearning (including state-of-the art digital tools) in 3 industry sectors: (1) Advanced Manufacturing; (2) Advanced Transportation and Logistics, and (2) Health. These sectors have been selected for this project because they are in-demand, have been and will remain essential for responding to the COVID-19 crisis, will be critical for economic recovery, and are rapidly transforming because of new and emerging technologies. These sectors have also been chosen because community college programs in these sectors all have lab components that are difficult to teach via eLearning.
