We’re looking for a professional Office Assistant / Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.
This role focuses on providing excellent support to our residents and property management team. You will communicate directly with tenants by phone and email, helping address maintenance requests, complaints, and general inquiries, while also assisting with rental insurance tracking and compliance documentation.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main contact for residents via phone and email, addressing questions, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally
Assist with rental insurance management, ensuring each tenant maintains active coverage and that records are up to date.
Track and coordinate rental increase postings with on-site managers
Submit compliance and documentation to the city or housing agencies as required
Maintain accurate tenant records, including insurance and lease updates
Support property managers and regional teams with data entry, reporting, and administrative organization
Ensure timely follow-up and clear, consistent communication across all interactions
Other office work as assigned.
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in property management, administrative support, or tenant services
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with AppFolio or Yardi preferred
A professional, positive, and team-focused attitude
