Code to College: Elevating Pathways in Computer Science. To fully utilize and optimize the upgrades to facilities, equipment and collaborative spaces, Palisades Charter High School will implement a multifaceted approach that integrates career awareness activities, enhanced academic advising, and strategic partnerships. With industry standard computers and software, we can confidently establish partnerships with the many local ICT employers and innovators. We will continue to increase awareness and access to these opportunities to our underserved populations, particularly female students and students of color.

Goals & Priorities

This pathway plan will increase the number of ICT pathway students who successfully transition to college or career training programs while increasing the number of students earning dual enrollment college credit while in high school. Pathway completion rates will be aided by enhancing mentorship and academic support programs. The plan will target underserved populations like female students and students of color and increase the belief that all students can thrive in the ICT industry sector.
