Pathways Improvement Scope

Create a new Digital Media CTE pathway by transforming existing photography courses into concentrator and capstone courses aligned with ELAC. Expand dual enrollment and college alignment, modernize instruction with industry-standard cameras, computers, editing/design technology, and strengthen educator capacity through professional development and industry externships.

Goals & Priorities

Build an equitable high school-to-college pipeline into high-demand Digital Media careers. Priorities include increasing CTE pathway completion and early college credit, expanding career exploration and work-based learning, providing internships and industry exposure, strengthening alignment with ELAC certificates and degrees, and providing advising, tutoring, mentoring, and family supports to improve access and completion for underserved students.
