Pathways Improvement Scope
The project seeks to increase CTE completion rates and workforce readiness across all pathways and close equity gaps in CTE completion and graduation by enhancing opportunities for students to engage in new cross-sector collaborative learning experiences with industry.
Goals & Priorities
K12 SWP funding will also support a new 0.5 FTE CTE Sandbox Coordinator whose primary role will be to oversee the use of the CTE Sandbox across all DV pathways. These K12 SWP investments will supplement prior and current DV efforts to strengthen off-campus work-based learning (e.g., industry tours, job shadowing, internships) by providing new industry engagement and work-based learning delivered on the DV campus.
