Improve (Nurse Assistant, Dental) and add (Pharmacy Tech) to TCROP’s Health Science and Medical Tech pathways and update programs based on needs and requirements set by the CDPH
Goals & Priorities
Increase articulation & dual enrollment opportunities with partner community colleges, Rio Hondo and Cerritos. | Enhance our Nursing Assistant and Dental Programs to include the costs of industry certification attainment and the certification exams. | Add Pharmacy Assistant as a new two year Patient Care pathway. | Fund the Introduction to Medical Careers course at the middle school level. | Increase the number of special populations.| Expand career & post-secondary exploration & guidance for all CTE pathways students.
