The LAST MILE Project will accomplish maximizing sustained industry engagement through collaborative efforts and increasing opportunities for work-based learning (WBL) through industry partnerships.
Goals & Priorities
Industry representation on each of Da Vinci Schools’ eight CTE Advisory Boards expands to include at least six industry partners per pathway. |Aim for at least 50% of CTE students complete a full WBL sequence that includes: two industry tours per year, two job shadowing days per year, a full year of either in-person professional mentorship or virtual professional mentorship and work-based skill development, and a formal internship experience.
