Pathways Improvement Scope
Opportunities For Learning – Baldwin Park has selected four pathways, identified in the Strong Workforce Program Regional Plan, as priority sectors. These pathway programs are already operating, but the C3 program will enhance and strengthen these opportunities with robust employer engagement, career guidance, and advanced CTE/pre-apprenticeship academies.
Goals & Priorities
Employers have emphasized the need for soft skills so the C3 program will provide students with comprehensive career readiness services. C3 will offer wrap-around supportive services including warm hand-offs to community partners and will focus recruitment on underserved groups including English Learners, individuals with disabilities, and women in the trades.
