CAI Learning Lab: Strategies for Apprentice Recruitment and Retention

This Learning Lab will provide an opportunity to examine recruitment-to-retention strategies, explore approaches for building stronger candidate pipelines, and identify program structures and supports that help pre-apprentices and apprentices persist, complete their training, and successfully transition into employment.

Through focused presentations, hands-on activities, peer knowledge exchange, and examples from model apprenticeship programs, participants will have the opportunity to share promising approaches, learn from fellow CAI grantees, and consider how these strategies can be adapted to their own programs and regional contexts.
