Since 2017, the Noncredit Career Pathways project has played a pivotal role in developing tailored, high-demand noncredit programs for students, equipping them for both college and the workforce. With goals focused on creating free, short-term, competency-based training programs and career pathways, the project actively supports regional economic recovery by providing essential training to underrepresented populations, promoting inclusivity in professional opportunities. Additionally, it organizes professional development initiatives to ensure the ongoing expansion of noncredit Career Technical Education (CTE) programs, contributing to a dynamic and responsive educational environment.
