ECU Skilled Workforce Talent Pipeline

This project builds on past iterations of the ECU project by continued support and expansion of noted successes, including faculty professional development and establishment of regional industry advisories. This emphasis of this project is scalable work experience and job placement. Project deliverables include the establishment of a robust and engaged faculty/industry workforce preparation collaborative and entry/replacement worker pipeline; faculty professional development; curriculum alignment to industry valued credentials; infusing 2D and 3D SIM training and assessment tools into HVAC, Electronics, Construction crafts, and Energy systems programs; and new, industry-specific certificate and degree programs submitted and approved.
