The Marketing Leads Conversion project addresses barriers faced by students between expressing interest in community college career education and enrolling in a program. Many people need guidance and access to information that enables them to successfully transition from interest in community college to enrollment. Individual campuses may or may not be appropriately staffed or trained to efficiently/effectively follow up with marketing leads. This project supports college outreach departments in following up with marketing leads. In some cases the support team acts as a back-up to follow up with a campus’ leads in a timely manner.
