The Career Pathways Partnership initiative expands educational and workforce opportunities by placing dedicated specialists at each participating college. These experts strengthen and modernize Career Technical Education (CTE) pathways, guiding students from high school into certificates, associate degrees, transfer, and in-demand careers. Their work includes supporting dual enrollment and Early College Credit, advancing CTE bachelor’s degree development, and providing targeted training for school and district staff. By collaborating closely with K–12 Pathway Coordinators, they ensure seamless pathway design, alignment, and meaningful work-based learning integration. This cohesive approach empowers students and builds a stronger, future-ready regional talent pipeline.
