Goals & Priorities
Students will have additional opportunities to articulate with community colleges. Provide community college career pathway courses (dual enrollment) available for high school students. Opportunities will be developed to articulate with key industry partners (industry, trade or labor associations). Students will be provided with a strong experience in and understanding of all aspects of industry. Validate students knowledge and skills they have gained in the CTE course with an industry-recognized credential or certificate. Will teach and expose students to the various career fields available for post-secondary and career development. Experiences will include workplace tours, guest speakers and career fairs as well as Career Assessment Strategies to identify the students strengths and desires.
