Pathways Improvement Scope
The project seeks to increase the levels of college and career readiness eligibility and participation among students in underserved communities, which will support their successful transition from secondary to post-secondary education and ultimately, to career. We will focus on alignment with regional workforce priorities and a strong collaborative approach between systems to provide our students with opportunities they otherwise would not have access to. New Designs also aims to provide learning opportunities for teachers in career pathway programs at the high school level along with teachers in career awareness programs at the middle school level to grow in their proficiency to better support our students.
