In this online training, participants will explore how Restorative Justice values and practices can strengthen existing juvenile diversion programs by providing more impactful ways to build connection with youth, nurture the development of pro-social mindsets, and support young people to take real accountability for harms they cause.
By attending, you will learn about the key strategies that have enabled Confluence Rising’s long-standing Restorative Justice juvenile diversion program to successfully support over 1,000 youth take accountability for harms they caused and move out of the criminal legal system. Participants will also explore real-life case studies on common challenges facing Restorative Justice diversion programs to better prepare for integrating Restorative Justice into their own programs.
Together, we will create a space of learning, reflection, & growth to become better equipped in our roles and a stronger supporter of the youth in our work.
