This session focuses on the full lifecycle of course materials—from creation to remediation—introducing
practical approaches aligned with WCAG 2.1 Level AA and Universal Design for Learning (UDL).

Experiential Workshop

Through hands-on activities using tools you already have—and A.I. integrated throughout—you’ll
actively apply A.I. to generate accessible content, evaluate existing materials, and make improvements
efficiently—in real time.

• Explore common accessibility barriers in Word documents, PowerPoints, PDFs, and Canvas course

• Gain skills to structure content using headings, alt text, color contrast, and accessible formatting
