This full-day event features a dynamic culinary competition showcasing culinary students and faculty from Los Angeles Harbor College, Los Angeles Mission College, and Los Angeles Trade-Technical College. The competition culminates with the awarding of the coveted Golden Chef’s Hat trophy.
